It is our belief that our Coaches and players should follow the rules of F.I.F.A. Coaches as well as players must not argue with officials before, during, or after any game or tournament. Coaches must set an example to our players and parents that we are in total control of our sidelines.
Under FIFA law 12- Fouls and misconduct:
Any player that is awarded two yellow cards or a Red card must leave the field of play.
A Coach can be warned by a referee and then asked to leave the sideline. This will also
be classed as a Red
Maximum cumulative Points for a Coach in one Season is 10
Maximum cumulative points for a Player in one season is 18
A Yellow card equals 3 points.
If any Coach receives a verbal warning this alone should be a warning to the Coach.
If a player receives 6 yellow Cards in a season they will be suspended for one games.
Red card equals 5 points.
Any Coach that receives a Red card must miss the next game under FIFA rule.
Any Player that receives a Red card must miss the next game under FIFA rule
Any Coach or player that receives a second Red card in the same season will automatically miss two games. One game under FIFA rule and an additional game for repeating any offence.
This will carry on into the next season until the total of games has been missed.
Coaches and players will miss a total of two games if the accumulated total is reached.
The above point system applies to any tournament, Divisional, Friendly, or Scrimmage game.
All Head coaches and assistants will follow the above guidelines.
Any coach that will not adhere to the above may lose compensation for that season.
It is the responsibility of the team to keep all disciplinary records from season to season.
Our objective is to create a friendly atmosphere on and off the field. This will also promote sportsmanship between all players.
