The Millard Star Soccer Association has a select and recreational program.
The philosophy for the select program is to provide a positive experience to all of our players. The emphasis throughout this program is to teach Technical, Tactical, Psychological and physical development. Fun is an important part of this Philosophy. We believe this will prepare our players for High School soccer and hopefully the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.
The coaching staff plays a vital part in carrying out the given philosophy. It is the coaches’ responsibility to insure all players are trained in a safe and healthy environment.
Our coaches are advised to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, this includes before, during and after games, practices, or tournaments. All coaches must be aware of the Rules and Guidelines that the club provides. The club will continually seek and pass on any new information to its coaching staff.
