2) Submit the form along with the fee and a photo copy of the child’s Birth Certificate to: Arsenal Soccer- Mini Kickers 5109 S. 162 Street Omaha, NE 68135

Mini Kickers with prior participation need not re-submit their birth certificate.

Registration Deadline: Fall - August 1st, or Spring April 1st no exceptions.

Cost: $35, checks should be made out to Arsenal Soccer

Equipment: All players must wear shin guards, and bring a soccer ball with them. No uniform is required.

All players MUST have a parent or guardian in attendance at ALL times!

Please note: There is NO PARKING along the road next to the Chalco soccer fields. You must park in the parking lot or the County Sheriff will ticket your car. In addition, we DO NOT allow players or parents to be dropped off along the road. Several children have narrowly missed being hit by cars at this location. Park in the parking lot and walk your child to the field.
