Club Goals and Objective for Coaches within the Classic program
Although this program is designed for recreational players they should be given the opportunity to be taught in all areas of the game: Technical, Tactical, Psychological, and Fitness. A coaching philosophy must be built during this program and passed onto their players and parents. Coaches must use good ethical and moral standards at all times. For those players seeking a higher level of play and commitment than this program, Arsenal offers a select program.
