If a parent has an issue they must follow the given path for their concerns.

1) The issue must first be addressed to the team coach.

2) If the issue still does not get resolved a meeting will be set up with the Parents, Team Coach, and Program Coordinator or Age Group Coordinator.

3) If the issue still does not get resolved a meeting will be set up with the Parents, Team Coach, Program Coordinator or Age Group Coordinator, and Gender Director.

4) If the issue still does not get resolved a meeting will be set up with the Parents, Team Coach, Program Coordinator or Age Group Coordinator, Gender Director, and Club Director.

If a perent does not follow this path, they will be asked to go back and try to resolve the issue with the previous group first before moving on to the next group.
