Dear Arsenal Select Parents:
Welcome to another great season of competitive soccer!  This email is intended to give you a greater understanding of our fundraising effort.  The entire organization will be participating in the fundraiser, both the recreational and select side.  In addition, several community champion businesses have gotten involved.  Given the significant financial commitment you are making, the fundraiser organizers have gone above and beyond to give the players and families the most return possible for their effort.  Literally hundreds of hours have been invested to create a turnkey revenue generator for the youth of Arsenal Soccer.

Our Mission:

  • To painlessly raise significant funds for both individual players/families and the club annually.
  • $5 of every card sold will go directly back to the family who sold the card.
  • To use the fundraiser as a character building experience that will teach responsibility, accountability, and the rewards of working as a team.
  • Help control costs!  If everyone is willing to give a little in the form of fundraising, we will all gain a lot, the very meaning of teamwork.

We have designed a fundraising card that delivers surprising value to the consumer and has practical uses.  Please review the card and you will see that we have made a sincere effort to support the kids and the community with this group of Omaha merchants.

Our Goal:

  • For each player to sell a minimum of 10 cards.
  • To give outrageous prizes to those who rise to the challenge and sell the most cards.
  • Highest selling boy and girl teams will receive a pair of Adidas F30 for each player.
  • Highest selling individual boy and girl will receive a $250 gift card to Oak View Mall.

The card is $20, and is designed to give you more than your money back in just one or two visits. Each player will be asked to sell a minimum of 10 cards.  Your coach has your information packet with the incentives package for the team and individuals who do the best!  They will distribute the packets to you at your next practice.  Please open and read the information sheet inside.

Coach/Team Manager Packet Pick-up:

  • August 18th-20th at the Omaha Sports Complex, 6pm-8pm
  • Coaches or Team Managers will pick up packets and distribute them during the week’s first training session.

The staff, volunteers, coaches and everyone who make Arsenal Soccer a great environment for our youth are getting behind this cause full force.  We want and need your support in order to succeed!! Every dollar raised by the Select Program goes directly to benefiting the Select Program.

The funds for the sold cards and/or the unsold cards, are to be turned in to your coach before September, 4th.  Coaches/Team managers are asked drop off their team’s packets at the OSC by September, 5th.

Coaches/Team Managers, Please make sure you collect the entire teams packets that were given to you, before taking them to the OSC staff.
