Arsenal Soccer Summer 2009 Adult League

A partnership with the Nebraska State Soccer Association and the U.S. Amateur Soccer Association

The league features separate men’s and women’s leagues.

Teams will participate in a seven week session with games on Sunday evenings.

The session will consist of six weeks of match play with the seventh week as a play-off week.

The session will begin on June 7, 2009 and finish on July 26th, 2009.
Sunday August 2nd will be a rain make-up date, if needed.

The Adult League will feature “small-sided” games.

Games will be played 8v8, on down-sized 80x50 yard fields.

A game shall consist of two 30 minute halves.

One certified referee will officiate each game in accordance with USSF Laws of the Game; however, there will be NO offside position or infraction.

Registration for the Summer Adult League is open to both team registrations (preferred) and individual registrations.

Individual players will be placed on teams as openings exist.

Team registrations must be completed by May 21, 2009.

Schedules will be emailed &/or posted online by Monday June 1st.

All players, whether registering for a team or registering as an individual, must
register online. The fee for all players is $60.

All players will be registered through the United States Adult Soccer Association.

Players will receive their own player pass, to be checked weekly at games by referees.

NO subs are allowed in this league; teams must play to their roster.



To register your team for the Arsenal Summer Adult League:

1) Get your team together!!
Since games are 8v8, teams must consist of a minimum of 12 players.

2) Determine a team captain.
Team captains should contact the league coordinator with their own contact information, team gender and team name.
The league coordinator is Christina Lewis, and preferred contact is via email at ctinalewis@cox.net.

3) Get every player to register ONLINE by May 21th, 2009.


**Please note that a team will not be placed on the schedule if their team is not registered in full (minimum of 12 players) by May 21st.
